RAW MATERIAL:
PEX with cross-linked PE material high density polyethylene (HDPE). Using of stabilizers and other auxiliary materials is depending on the producer. Our company produces cross-linked pipes.

DEGREE OF OXYGEN DIFFUSION STOP:
It suits to the standard Nr. MSZ EN ISO 15875, DIN 16892

QUALITY OF THE SURFACE:
The pipes shall dispose of smooth inner and external surface according to the standard Nr. MSZ EN ISO 15875, DIN 16892.

SIZES:
The sizes of the pipes suit to the standard Nr. MSZ EN ISO 15875, DIN 16892.

PROPERTIES OF SOLIDITY:
The examination of the durable inner pressure tightness is made according to the standard Nr. MSZ EN ISO 15875, DIN 16892.

DEGREE OF THE CROSS-LINK:
In case of pipes with silan cross-link at least 65%.

ALTERATION OF LENGTH DUE TO TEMPERING:
The relative length alteration due to tempering is less than 3 %.

USE:
The maximal temperature load of the heating pipe is 90 °C.
Recommended working method in the wall heating system is 3 Bar, 35/30 °C.

STORAGE:
Indoors, free from sunlight (UV radiation), free from irradiated heat, free from mechanical damages.
